Most of what we think, do, and say concerns people. They’re just about everywhere we go. Sometimes they frustrate us and make us mad, but in the end we couldn't live without them. They bring us joy, comfort and hope.
As people, we need each other because we are weak, vulnerable, and at times, uncertain. Even the strongest and most resolute among us struggle with inner fears and disappointments. That's because people are broken.
Every person matters to God and He wants to fix their brokenness! Scripture says:
“For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.” – John 3:16 NLT
God’s plan is to show His love for people through other people.
“Let’s not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions.” – 1 John 3:18 NLT
People matter because Jesus matters!
